**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Strategic Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Culture subgroup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceiving, initiating, and shepherding high-priority data projects that support our strategic vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) by reporting on progress and communicating blockers.
- Work with data source owners to identify the best approach for pointing data to the new CDP solution.
- Represent evolving market data needs by understanding and identifying additional features necessary to grow and propel business.
- Investigate development within the CDP solution.
- Develop relationships with local market subject matter experts (SMEs) to stay informed about the local market data ecosystem.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in consumer data management.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing platform implementation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing data, preferably in the CPG industry.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of consumer, legal, and regulatory aspects of data acquisition and usage.
