About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supplier quality initiatives as a Carrier Supplier Quality Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving supplier excellence and implementing quality improvements within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of supplier quality strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide coaching and training to suppliers on quality best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturing plants, and quality assurance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
