Sales Expansion Specialist for Central America

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Expansion Specialist to join our team in Central America. As a key player in our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for executing sales plans and building strong partnerships within the region.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical sales experience demonstrating measurable results, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in a similar market. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, facility owners, and local distributors to increase sales in your territory. Your primary focus will be on developing and commercializing activities in the assigned area, mainly sales activities such as prospecting, visiting customers, requesting and sending quotations, closing deals, and after-sales communication with the technical department and customer.

You will also be responsible for reviewing projects in your territory, coordinating with the inside sales team and customers to ensure smooth execution of sales, and actively participating in local industry events to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth in Central America
  • Building strong partnerships with local distributors, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Providing education and promoting our solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports in CRM systems for effective sales tracking and reporting

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
