Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Admin - IAM Operations professional to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.

This role involves supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving IAM applications, executing technology changes aligned with company policy, and working with stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the onboarding/uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with ServiceNow (a plus), and a proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Support, maintain, and continuously improve IAM applications, including CyberArk.
  2. Execute technology changes aligned with company policy (Change policy, SDLC, etc.).
  3. Work with team members and business stakeholders to identify new ways to provide value with existing tools and toolsets.
  4. Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  5. Assist in the onboarding and/or uplift of applications/systems specific to Identity & Access Management.
  6. Identify areas for process improvement in areas relating to Identity & Access Management.
  7. Troubleshoot access-related issues and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  8. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience administering/supporting CyberArk in a corporate environment.
  2. Knowledge of Active Directory and/or other identity providers.
  3. Experience with Role-Based Access (RBAC) and principles of least privilege.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience with ServiceNow (a plus).
  6. Strong team player with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  7. Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment skills.
