Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fraud Operations Intern to support our team in preventing and detecting fraudulent activities. As a key member of our Operational Processes team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Non-approval alert process and blacklist reports to identify potential fraud risks.
- Consolidate reports to standardize routines and avoid duplicate activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Follow up on actions and improvement plans defined for fraud prevention, driving continuous improvement.
- Review routines for monitoring and measuring warning alerts of fraud detected in the dealer, region, analyst, and other relevant segmentation.
- Support the management and administration of Biometric kits.
Qualifications:
- On-going Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, administration, economics, or similar.
- Intermediate English level.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Effective oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability - Use of data.
