Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, design, and architectural patterns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate technical stakeholders.
  • Strong background in Java, Spring, Maven, Docker, CI/CD, and microservices.
  • Experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes) and traditional application servers (Tomcat).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) and non-functional aspects such as security, performance, and scalability.
  • Experience as a technical leader and line manager, with a track record of success in driving teams and projects forward.
