We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Site Supervision team at Ware Malcomb. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Construction Management: Coordinate with contractors, schedule pre-bid conferences, and review bids to present to clients.
- Site Supervision: Lead weekly construction meetings, review contractor submittals, and track construction schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with engineering and submittals approved, and coordinate inspections to focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety.
- Documentation: Review and finalize delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an architectural-related program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial site supervision, with a strong background in construction management.
- Skills: Strong English proficiency, computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak English and Spanish (public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people.
