We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Automation Engineer to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading multifunctional teams to deliver sound business solutions to overcome technical, schedule, and costing challenges within new and existing technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical scope across feasibility, definition, installation, integration, and start-up of new and/or upgraded equipment.
- Responsible for technical direction to vendors and engineering firms throughout all phases of the project (design through construction and startup).
- Deliver project scope at cost and on schedule, with risk management and escalation capability.
- Work collaboratively with site / global engineering, technical vendors, equipment suppliers, and production site personnel to display strong hands-on partnership with operations and supporting operational excellence.
- Eligible to work in the region.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
- English advanced.
- Strong programming skills, project leadership, and technical issue resolution.
- Experience in power systems, computing and network technologies, machine control and instrumentation, vision systems, robotics; experience in electrical safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience with operations, facilities, utilities and/or process equipment.
