About This Role:
As an Industrialization Quality Leader at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our industrialization processes. You will lead the implementation of 10 industrialization quality fundamentals and drive design assurance essentials to guarantee robustness, capability, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Voice of the Customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams on APQP.
- Implement PFMEA and risk analysis to ensure proper quality is built into processes.
- Develop and maintain Control Plans (CQCPs) for process control plans and incoming inspection.
- Responsible for supplier quality management and process audit.
- Liaise with manufacturing facilities to transfer process quality data and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to develop design optimization strategies.
- Provide training and support to cross-functional teams on methods and tools needed to reach quality targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Design Engineering or New Developments.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification minimum.
- Core Tools Knowledge and Certification: APQP, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Automotive Meaningful Error, CONTROL PLAN, Statistical Process Control, Measurement System Analysis and PPAP.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Project Management knowledge desired.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- This role requires 30% travel.
