**Job Summary**:
The Regional Procurement Manager at Eastman is responsible for leading regional procurement planning and execution for major capital projects. This role involves optimizing cost, schedule, and quality parameters to meet or exceed project objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the generation and alignment of project capital procurement management plans from developing procurement strategies through bidding and contracting.
- Identify critical path goods and services requirements with options.
- Develop equipment and material requirements lists, required service contracts, and potential vendors to bid for each element.
- Lead project teams in the development and implementation of commercial execution strategies, including the selection process for engineering and/or construction services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in capital procurement, preferably in the Chemical industry.
- Strong planning, project management, and communication skills.
- Able to work with outside vendors and suppliers.
