- Build, manage, and develop a team of talented product managers and leaders.
- Integrate data, usability studies, and market research into the product lifecycle to deliver value to our customers.
- Drive efficiencies, NPS, and retention initiatives to optimize the product development lifecycle.
- Operate with ruthless focus and prioritization, wearing multiple hats when needed.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, with a proven record of innovation and growth.
- Obsessed with data, metrics, and experimentation across the user's journey.
- High business acumen and expertise in critical thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a high-demanding entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelors/Masters in computer science and/or management, or related field/experience.
- A great communicator who speaks their mind, brings diverse thinking, and loves getting challenged.
- 15+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, design, and research teams.
- 10+ years of experience in FinTech/PayTech/PayFac/RegTech, with experience of Mexico's payment landscape an advantage.
- Experience managing payment experience through hardware terminals and devices preferred.
- Prior experience of hands-on software development preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing product leaders.
