Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Pumping Technologies Orchestration Specialist to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at Grundfos Holding A/S in San Luis Potosí, MX.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum. As a Pumping Technologies Orchestration Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling production activities, analyzing inventory control elements, coordinating stock transport orders between branches, and acting as the primary sales and branch interface.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate sales orders and subsequent supply repositioning by acting as the primary interface between Sales and Production Control personnel.
- Analyze the supply line and adjust planning modifiers to facilitate the optimum demand signal to purchasing.
- Generate timely production orders for all production-order-driven product lines to meet demands of MRS, MRP, and final assembly schedules.
- Review internal stock transfer requests for components and finished goods for branches, and facilitate the completion of internal requisitions from stock.
- Partner with buyers/branch personnel to maintain optimum inventory levels, increase inventory turns, and reduce past-due order backlogs.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a production control environment or 5+ years' experience in inventory control, machine scheduling, and purchasing.
- Strong understanding of SIOP and SNP processes.
- High-level knowledge of MS Excel.
- English proficiency required.
- Ability to problem-solve complex tasks in a timely manner.
- Effective capacity planning skills within depth resource knowledge.
