We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager (Senior) to lead and manage complex IT projects within a global business services team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects that drive business value, working closely with business stakeholders as a trusted advisor on technology, solution development, and process improvement.
Job Summary
This senior-level position requires a strong blend of technical project management skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in process improvement and reengineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects within the IT global business services team, varying in size and complexity, focusing on specific business areas or functions.
- Oversee projects involving business process change and IT aspects, aiming for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and compliance enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all approved projects.
- Report project progress and status regularly to both business and IT leadership teams.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, along with Agile certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- 5+ years of experience in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
- A proven track record in process improvement and reengineering.
- Understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems, Cybersecurity, and SMT processes (beneficial).
