Accountant Specialist

We are seeking an Accountant Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting Team, supporting cross-functional partners in performing monthly and quarterly close responsibilities in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

This role involves accounting activities such as monthly and quarterly close execution, balance sheet account reconciliations, process improvement opportunities, internal controls execution, and providing timely external and internal audit support.

• Perform monthly and quarterly accounting close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency of the team.
• Execute internal controls, maintaining a strong control environment and mitigating risk.
• Support auditors and provide necessary documentation, ensuring seamless audit processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Accounting, preferably with exposure to US GAAP.
• Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• SAP knowledge is preferred but not required.

Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience.
