**Job Details:**
We offer a competitive salary of $8,963.80 - $12,549.00 per month and a flexible 5 hours/week schedule. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting, as well as proficiency in English and Spanish language skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering Medical Departure's revenues in LATAM, monitoring clinic and customer account details, and resolving payment discrepancies. They will also work closely with our network of medical & dental clinics in LATAM to ensure timely receipt of appointment details & commission revenues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specified deadlines
- Maintaining accounts receivable customer files and records
- Processing receipts, cash, credit card payments, bank wires, and cash deposits
- Preparing bank deposits
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proficient English and Spanish language skills: written & verbal
- 2 - 5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Remote working experience
- Experience with office administration and procedures
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements

- High speed internet connection
- Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface
