**Key Responsibilities:**
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, guaranteeing the right SLA with couriers across Mexico.
• Analyze and improve split projections and execution between Dotcom and CEDIS.
• Develop and implement a lean reverse logistics process.
• Conduct daily reviews of ecommerce operations in the warehouse, focusing on shipped orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging proposals and improve overall efficiency.
• Conduct daily backlog reviews and couriers benchmarking.
• Work closely with CeDis and IT teams to process open orders.
**Requirements:**
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations.
• 2+ years of experience working with couriers.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management.
