Mexico Sales Leadership Director

**Imagine Building a Sales Force**
As a key member of our team, you will oversee sales initiatives for our Mexican branches and sales offices, driving best practices throughout the country.
**Leadership Role**
This position involves guiding and supporting sales directors, managers, and trainers to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct joint calls with our Mexican sales teams, evaluating performance and coaching staff to ensure they meet their targets.
- Deliver hands-on training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of our Mexico sales team.
- Communicate and present company updates and directives to branch and corporate sales leaders.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales / sales management with strong coaching skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or business services focus.
