About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Forvia, where you will lead the implementation of efficient production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations, manage plastic injection processes, and contribute to the development of sustainable mobility technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry, with experience in people management and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of efficient production processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage plastic injection processes
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable mobility technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
  • Strong technical skills in product and process design, including FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
