Customer Success Associate Spanish Market

At Factorial, we're looking for a new Customer Support Associate for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and create strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone/email/chat.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Provide information about products/services/policies.
- Document interactions.
- Proficient level of Spanish and English expert speaker.
- Demonstrate full ownership of each activity you develop.
- Be proactive and put forward new ideas.
- Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.
- Previous experience dealing with customers is a plus.
