**Our Team**

We are a global team of over 1,000 members, committed to excellence and growth. Our team is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Billing Specialist, who will work closely with internal and external customers to perform various billing and other AR-related functions.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Over 90% of the communication in this role will be in English (verbal & written). Please submit your resume in English when applying.
  • This person will be an employee of Nextiva, supporting Nextiva customers.
  • This position will be 100% on-site at our Nextiva office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review Invoices and Create Credit Memos: Review and analyze invoices for accuracy and completeness, and create credit memos to customer accounts as needed.
  • Assist Customers with Billing Questions: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Detailed Logs of Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and instant messages.
  • Answer Inbound Phone Calls and Instant Messages: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to instant messages in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service Roles: A minimum of [insert time period] years of experience in customer service roles and call center environments.
  • Advanced English Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills and general computer literacy.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
