Recruiter- Cancun

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Alstom in Cancun. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, searching, and selecting top talent for our organization.

• Utilize various supply channels to source candidates, including our company's own database, social media, and employee referral schemes.
• Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, including defining job profiles, evaluating candidates, and making job offers.
• Develop and maintain a diverse talent pool through research, networking, and database mining.
• Ensure the effective use of our Candidate Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate information.
• Provide weekly updates and summaries of recruitment progress and activity.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Engineering and Technical profiles.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
