Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Interior Sales Consultant to join our team in a luxury furniture showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and individual KPIs
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing store environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, interior design, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales for luxury brands, boutiques, or similar environments
- Results-oriented and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
What We Offer: As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
