About the Role

As a key member of our Medtronic team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and procuring raw materials, packaging materials, parts, components, services, supplies, and finished goods. Your expertise will ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of these essential items to support our production and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase raw materials, components, and services that meet our quality and reliability standards.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure seamless material flow and scheduling.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
