Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Charger Logistics Inc. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation Management: Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and complete documentation, including customs documentation, invoices, and accounts payable.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
  • Customs Compliance: Prepare and process customs documentation, including ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS, according to outlined rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to logistics operations, including customs clearance and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: College diploma or degree.
  • Language Skills: English fluency is a must.
  • Experience: Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Personal Qualities: Good time-management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong written and verbal communication skills.
