The successful candidate will provide technical support to the National Observatory for the Prevention of Child Recruitment by Organized Crime in the implementation of its work plan.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of child protection programs and projects in Mexico.
- Provide technical guidance and management support to the National Observatory for the Prevention of Child Recruitment by Organized Crime.
- Contribute to the achievement of results according to plans, allocation, results-based management approaches, and UNICEF's Strategic Plans.
- Support the development and preparation of child protection programs and projects.
- Manage, implement, monitor, report, and evaluate child protection programs and projects.
- Advanced university degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law, or another relevant social science field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience working with child protection programs, with at least 3 years focused on demobilization and reintegration, child recruitment prevention, or child protection in emergencies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Builds and maintains partnerships.
- Demonstrates self-awareness and ethical awareness.
