We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships.

**Job Description**: The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for following established protocols, maintaining high-quality results, and providing knowledgeable and insightful responses to customer inquiries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

**Salary and Benefits**: The salary range for this position is $4,000 - $5,000 per week, paid bi-weekly. Additional benefits include competitive pay, weekly bonuses, opportunities for advancement, and a great team environment.

**Work Location**: This is an in-person role located at Blvd. de las Bellas Artes S/N, Garita Internacional, Garita de Otay, 22430, Tijuana, B.C.
