Workday Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Tester to join our team. As a Workday Tester, you will be responsible for executing test cases specific to business process flows in Workday Recruitment and other Core HR functionalities.

As a Workday Tester, you will be responsible for:

• Executing test cases specific to business process flows in Workday Recruitment and other Core HR functionalities
• Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions to them
• Supporting clients with the execution of test scripts
• Providing status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience working with Workday functionality of Recruitment and other Core HR functionalities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
• Keen attention to detail
