**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Headhunter to join our team at Foxconn. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Post job openings on various job boards and platforms
  • Utilize CV filters to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage pipeline and database to track candidate progress
  • Participate in calls with clients to discuss recruitment needs
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment metrics and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment process

**Requirements**:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in recruitment and acquisition processes
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

**Working Conditions**:

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
