Relationship Banker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Relationship Banker to join our team at Bank of America. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Your key responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash transactions for clients accurately and efficiently
• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships with clients
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank of America's products and services to provide solutions to clients' financial needs
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• One year of cash handling experience and sales experience in a financial services environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions
• Spanish language proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
