About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining production processes, ensuring equipment performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and improve manufacturing processes
- Implement problem-solving methodologies to identify and resolve process issues
- Develop and design equipment for new programs, adhering to timelines and quality standards
- Conduct quoting and assessment of tools and equipment
- Ensure compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- University engineering degree
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes
- English proficiency (80% or higher)
- Proficiency in 3D drawing software and assembly process experience
- Knowledge of quality systems and electrical diagrams
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
