**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the introduction of new projects, monitor processes, and ensure the quality of our Compressor plant. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for guiding and directing the activities of our Production Supervisors to meet our objectives of growth, safety, quality, productivity, on-time deliveries, inventory turns, and Operational Excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with the production schedule and deliver customer orders on time.
• Lead and supervise the activities of our Assembly PQE team, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and quality goals.
• Develop and implement quality standards, FPY, COPQ, DPPM, Calibration, and corrective actions using 6-sigma, SPC, strategic A3 & 9-Steps.
• Ensure compliance with EHS objectives, including EPP, Safety Topic, Layered Audits, Monthly Course, BBSs, Ergonomic Projects, and Substance Management.
• Supervise compliance with SQDIP/MDI indicators and resolve basic problems in each assembly and machining area.
• Evaluate installed capacity, human resources, and indirect materials according to the SIOP, ensuring the publication of playbooks in the operation and the requirement of necessary tools for compliance.
• Participate in the generation of the Annual Operations Plan (AOP) and ensure the correct execution of the budget in new projects.
• Monitor compliance with OPEX metrics (TTA, OEE, FlowTime) and TPM, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Lead improvement projects, VSA, and productivity initiatives in your area of responsibility.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing & 6-Sigma, personnel supervision, knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and problem-solving.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistics, times, and movements, assembly processes, welding, machining, and sheet metal, 5's, and Office software.
• English proficiency of 90% or higher.
