Key Responsibilities:
Under strict monitoring of the assembly procedure, verify that each component matches the part number and material specified by Engineering. Any discrepancies must be reported to the supervisor. Properly fill out the log checklist sheet, which will include important data such as IRR, Series, Work Order, Casts, among others for the traceability of the equipment. Assemble the components in the order described in the procedure, taking care of the integrity of yourself and the parts during the maneuvers. Deliver the completely completed and signed checklist to document control when the equipment is sent to the next process
- Correctly use measuring instruments to verify the tolerances required in the assembly of the equipment. Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe work days
- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times. Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment
- Clean, organize, and store the tools/equipment/instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness
- Carry out one security observation per month and report it to the security area. Report your full work time in the EPICOR system using a work order/production order

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: 2 years as an assembler/maintenance/manufacturing/general industry SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Use of hand tools. Workshop tools (presses, heat inductors, skids, etc.). Use of Measuring Instruments (Vernier, outside micrometer, height caliper at least). Management of measurements and tolerances in the International System and the English System. Using a PC and basic Windows operation. Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
