Job Title: Reception Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven leader to spearhead our reception team at Hyatt Centric Playa Del Carmen. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the front desk team in providing efficient and courteous service to all guests before their arrival and during their stay. They will also work closely with the department manager to maximize room revenue and occupancy, while adhering to Hyatt's standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

About the Role:

• Provide outstanding leadership and guidance to the front desk team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of hotel services and activities.

About You:

• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• You are proficient in emergency procedures and are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
