Chief Commercial Strategist

At Nutreco, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our commercial strategy and lead our sales team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing our commercial strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop short- and long-term commercial plans, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and market developments.
Sales Performance: Establish and maintain an efficient sales organization, driving quantitative and qualitative sales targets and anticipating market trends. Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
Key Account Management: Develop and execute professional account management strategies, maintaining personal relationships with key accounts and optimizing customer relations and business opportunities.
Leadership: Organize, manage, and develop the department in line with corporate guidelines, ensuring it is equipped to meet current and future business challenges.
RequirementsWe are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in commercial strategy formulation and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
What We OfferIn exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
