**Job Summary**

As a Hospitality Ambassador at Marriott International, Inc, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  2. Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  3. Answer and record all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve issues.
  4. Monitor club lounge seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

**Requirements:**

  1. High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  2. No related work experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
