The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and business acumen, with excellent written and oral communication skills. They will be able to assimilate new methodologies and data sources, and have a strong understanding of different business models and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Design and implement queries, compile data, and generate reports in MS Access and Excel to support business decision-making.
- Chart and graph data for reporting purposes and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth research on defect trends and data mining to inform business strategies.
- Collect and enter data as needed and maintain data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and business acumen.
- 1+ year of experience extracting and processing data using SQL, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database design.
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
- 1+ year of experience writing VBA and using macros in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.
- 1+ year of experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python, with a strong understanding of data science and machine learning.
- B1, Basic - Intermediate English Level, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
