Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our Membership & Communications Manager, Education Manager, and other colleagues in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Latin American inbox, calendar, and membership databases, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.

  • Assist with education program planning, registration, and logistics for webinars, conferences, and face-to-face education events.

  • Support the implementation of membership, marketing, and sales strategies, including data analysis and reporting.

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling conference calls, preparing expense reports, assembling meeting materials, and developing presentations.

  • Collaborate with the Education Manager to plan and execute IAAPA Attractions Expo Annual Conference and Trade Show Pre-Event activities, including registration, credentials, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in an administrative position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English (100%), Spanish, and Portuguese.

  • Multilingual and able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven organizational and customer service skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF, and website content management systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $26,000 - $28,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include salary increases, sick leave, health insurance, life insurance, annual bonus, and retention bonus.
