Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager

We are a leading international IT company with over 3000 employees, operating in the rapidly growing iGaming market for more than 7 years.
Our current goal is to find an experienced Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager who can help us achieve our objectives. If you have passion and expertise in negotiating with influencers on various platforms, building partnerships, and controlling ad launches, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with top-tier influencers on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitch, and Twitter;
- BUILD long-term partnerships with influencers based on mutually beneficial terms;
- Analyze channel efficiency, checking statistics and identifying potential cheating practices;
- Demonstrate attention to detail, responsibility, and strong analytical skills;
- Understand marketing metrics and calculate them accurately;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, platforms, and formats;
- Match brand positioning with influencer positioning;
- Ensure English proficiency at level B2 or above (oral and written).
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for searching and negotiating with influencers, building partnerships, creating technical specifications, controlling ad launches, optimizing campaign budgets, maintaining statistics, evaluating ad effectiveness, developing marketing plans, analyzing social media, and monitoring competitors.
