About the VALD Contracts Administration Team

The Contracts Admin Team serves as the primary onboarding contact for contract processing and initial invoicing with all VALD's clients worldwide. The team collaborates closely with sales teams, regional directors, the finance team, warehouse staff, and Client Success to ensure a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing.
  • Preparing VALD's standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients.
  • Assisting the Sales team with management of contract renewals.
  • Collaborating with members of the Client Success team during the client onboarding process and managing paperwork associated with contracts.
  • Liaising with members of the Sales and Finance team to manage client orders and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual with English as your second language and excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in dealing with high volumes of legal and paralegal work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to form and maintain client partner relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
