**Job Summary**

Shimizu North America Llc (Mexico Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor daily progress and ensure projects are completed according to the master schedule and scope of works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with general policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Project Manager and/or the Project Manager in the planning and execution of all construction processes.
• Review and confirm progress work done by subcontractors for payment purposes.
• Assist and coordinate working meetings with subcontractors, document agreements, and prepare minutes.
• Execute observations received on quality inspection visits and complete reports within the specified timeframe.
• Prepare reports and EMTs required on time and follow up on safety standards.

**Requirements:**

• 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Engineer.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Playas de Rosarito, B.C.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Language: English spoken 80%.
• License/Certification: MS Project, CAD, basic REVIT, and EMTS knowledge.
