The Role
The Data Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our Professional Services team with data needs, leading the setup of Trax solutions, finalizing reporting requirements, and delivering professional services to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate reporting requirements into formats accepted by Trax service providers.
- Collaborate with customers and development teams to define, receive, and run user acceptance tests on professional services deliverables.
- Ensure the implementation of desired solutions by working with internal and external parties, including R&D teams, support, QA, and subject matter experts.
- Take responsibility for setup, configuration, maintenance of project reporting and KPIs, including periodic analysis of related data items.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with data in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, handling large databases, and using advanced functions.
- Ability to detect correlation and draw conclusions based on data.
- Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into applications and requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
