Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Reclaim Manager to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the volume and margin contribution associated with purchasing solder reclaim material from assembly accounts and metal brokers within the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a yearly business plan by volume and margin contribution from key and target accounts.
  • Assist customers with logistics and manifest requirements.
  • Communicate and implement corporate pricing guidelines to generators and channel partners.
  • Assess and measure progress and performance of territory business plan in cooperation with supervisor and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in Atlas CRM system.
  • Maintain market share information for territory.
  • Submit reports on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for developing and adjusting as needed the annual territory forecast.
  • Expense reporting monthly.
  • Ensure corporate credit policies are adhered to.
  • Manage reclaim purchasing efforts by monitoring targets and key accounts, problem-solving, assisting with pickup coordination, reclaim storage and handling training through routine and regular meetings with reclaim generators and channel partners.
  • Assist reclaim department with details on settlement terms.
  • Maintain regular contact with reclaim coordinators, reclaim business manager, and reclaim director.
  • Communicate and distribute internet, trade show, and publication sales leads in the Atlas system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or waste management or related field.
  • Proven track record of buying waste materials or selling products and services to the electronic assembly industry.
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Competencies
  • Must live within reasonable driving distance of major airport within the territory.
  • Must abide by all company policies/procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations.
  • Must be able to travel up to 75% of working time.
  • Possess well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Address inquiries and resolve problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers.
  • Present a professional attitude and handle confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced and multi-task environment.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal customers at off-site Alpha Assembly Solutions and divisional locations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Must maintain accurate account information within the company CRM.
  • Negotiating skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
