Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in a Shift 3 role. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to our associates, ensuring their health and well-being in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Care and Support
- Dispense standard medications and provide first aid treatments to associates as needed.
- Support medical exams and surveillances for new hires and existing associates.
- Health Awareness and Education
- Participate in health awareness programs and nurse activities under the supervision of the Site Nurse Lead.
- Medical Record Keeping
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for associates.
- Inventory Management
- Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Communication and Reporting
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level (Nurse Lead).
Requirements
- Nurse degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of related experience in health services.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- GMP/ISO knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Mexican Health regulations preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
