About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team in Ops MX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading top priority initiatives and innovating processes at scale for operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery, anticipating bottlenecks and communicating status broadly across all levels.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute on new opportunities to further accelerate innovation in MX and drive process improvements in terms of Safety, Quality, People experience, and Cost.
  • Challenge current status-quo of existing mechanisms to create a continuous improvement environment, influencing your team and others to create new procedures and processes.
  • Make tradeoffs while balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Excel in stakeholder management in different areas and levels, coordinating efforts to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
  • Advanced English and Spanish - written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • PMP certificate.
  • MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.
