Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Launch Materials Planner to join our team at International Automotive Components. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of purchased components and raw materials to meet launch events.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up part numbers in company systems, ensuring accurate MRP and planning parameters.
- Update supplier contact information and notify risks associated with raw material supply.
- Establish and update supplier routes, shipping frequencies, and transport modes.
- Perform BOM revisions to ensure up-to-date revision levels.
- Transfer part numbers to Material Planner upon launch completion.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in automotive industry/material planning.
- QAD ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Ability to travel within MX and US with a valid passport and visa.
