Mtl Operations is a dynamic and growing company that offers a unique opportunity for individuals to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our enterprise software system to build loads and manage logistics operations.
• Answer phones and provide assistance to our Business Partners as needed.
• Process revised rate confirmations and update loads to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Work closely with our assigned Advocate to ensure all delivery documents are received and correct.

Ideal Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Experience in the field of trucking or logistics.
• Ability to quickly gain expertise in our enterprise software system.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite products.
