The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating accurate roofing estimates using Xactimate and negotiating with insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create detailed roofing estimates using industry-standard software (Xactimate).">
• Submit estimates to insurance companies and follow up to ensure approval.">
• Negotiate with claim agents to resolve any issues or concerns.">
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve project goals.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in the roofing or construction industry.">
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
• A strong understanding of construction processes and principles.">
• Familiarity with Xactimate software and Microsoft Office suite.">
• C1 level or higher in English language proficiency.">

What We Offer
