Key Responsibilities- Face-to-face interaction with employees, managers, internal, and external stakeholders
- Support daily Local HR Services activities, including Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.
- Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
- Be aware of local policies to deliver a good experience to internal customers
- Be responsible for all tasks related to Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Organize activities for the organizational environment
We're seeking someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You should enjoy working on meaningful, innovative projects and be energized by lifelong learning. Ideal candidates have a recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
