Job Summary

The SAP Time Management Consultant will provide expertise in SAP HCM and Kronos Workforce Central to business users, functional leadership, and guidance in design and implementation of configurations, customization, enhancements, and changes to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions, perform functional testing, and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Configure tasks using the SAP HCM and Kronos Workforce Central environment or UKG Dimensions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine technical details into user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations.
  • Maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation, as well as development speed and time-to-market.
  • Participate in tier 3 IT solution support activities, including incident management and application upgrades.
  • Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.
  • Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Support the resolution of production problems and develop alternative approaches.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on existing complex applications.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work with global teams and end-users.
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members and business.
  • Provide high-level end-user support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or similar areas.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM implementation and time management experience.
  • Experience with time management solutions, including KRONOS Workforce Central or UKG PRO/Dimensions.
  • Knowledge in Personnel Administration, Org Mgmt, Payroll, or Benefits is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is also a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics.
  • Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
