**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Citi. This is a key role that will drive profitable growth and strengthen client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
- Create innovative product concepts and communications that appeal to clients.
- Analyze results to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase profitability.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- 6-10 years of experience in marketing, product management, or client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
